"I am writing to thank you for your professionalism and integrity. I had an agonizing experience with one of your competitors and my subsequent dealings with you have restored my confidence.
On May 2, 2007 I received a call from your company offering your services in purchasing a heater for my pool. I then explained my past experiences to your representative and politely informed them of my skepticism. They informed me that you do not do business that way that they would have some one call me and set up an appointment. Much to my surprise I received a phone call from your General Manager that same day, stating that he had heard of my situation and would have a representative to my house within an hour. Sure enough, there was someone at my home; he showed me your products and we had struck a deal all within an hour.
I was told that your product would be installed by May 4th, two days later. I was shocked at how quickly you had promised instillation and again a bit skeptical.
