Mullen Burst Strength is the bursting strength of a coated fabric under a test method used to meet ASTM test standard D751. In the Mullen Burst Test, a circular material sample is clamped over a diaphragm and inflated with oil. Pressure is applied until the fabric bursts. The failure pressure (measured in pounds per square inch) is the bursting strength.

We are a private company. State Energy Conservation, LLC is not affiliated with any government agency or electric utility company. Our company sells energy conservation products that use renewable solar energy to lower electric bills and provide economical swimming pool heating.

Your potential energy savings. Every situation and every homeowner’s energy use habits are different. Consequently, it is impossible for us to say how much our products might lower your energy costs, either as an actual amount or as a percentage of your monthly utility bills. It is entirely possible that we could install an energy conservation product for you and, for various reasons not related to such product, your electric bill or pool heating costs might actually increase. Further, it is impossible to predict how much energy costs might increase in the future.

Availability of tax credits. Applying for any tax credits is your responsibility. Further, receiving the full value of any energy tax credits to which you may be entitled depends in part upon how much income tax you owe. If you do not owe at least as much income tax as the amount of a tax credit, you may not receive the benefit of the full amount of the credit during a single year. Swimming pool heating systems are not eligible for federal energy tax credits.

Availability of state or utility rebates. Applying for any state or utility rebates is your responsibility. Further, utility rebate programs vary from company to company and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Government rebate programs, such as the State of Florida solar energy rebate program, have limited funds that are disbursed on a first come, first served basis and may experience long delays in funding from time to time. Further, state rebate program funds may run out between the time you apply for a rebate and the time your application is processed.

Special financing programs and minimum payments. We offer various financing options. However, if you make minimum monthly payments, your loan will take much longer to pay off than the monthly payment and term that may have been estimated for you when you originally applied for financing. Also, if you choose a "same as cash" or deferred payment program and do not pay off the balance at the end of the stated deferral (no payments) period, your loan will be assessed interest charges for the period of time that you were not required to make any payments.
